12th pass in Science stream with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT/DMLT) OR BSc in Biology/Technology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology with 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in clinical sample processing (blood, tissue, stool) is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in DNA/RNA extraction, basic molecular biology techniques, RT-PCR, genomics, transcriptomics, phlebotomy, histology, or IHC is highly desirable.
Experience in biobanking, sample documentation, lab maintenance, and MS Office/Bioinformatics tools is preferred.
