Para Legal Volunteer Recruitment 2026

- Temporary and honorary position under District Legal Services Authority, Jalore (DLSA Jalore).
- Volunteers will assist in legal awareness, dispute resolution, and community outreach in Jalore, Bhinmal, Raniwada, Sanchore, and Ahor (Rajasthan).
- Focus on educating citizens about constitutional rights, resolving disputes pre-litigation, and promoting free legal services.
- Support legal aid schemes, lok adalats, and welfare programs for vulnerable sections.
- Monthly reporting to DLSA/Taluka Legal Services Committee required.

- Must have passed the Secondary (10th) examination from the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in Devanagari script.
- Minimum age: 21 years (as of the application date).
- Priority given to:
- Social science students (undergraduate/postgraduate), Anganwadi workers, Nehru Yuva Kendra volunteers,
- Law students (not enrolled for legal practice), NGO/social workers, self-help group members,
- Educated prisoners with good conduct, and other competent candidates deemed suitable by DLSA/Taluka committees.

- Shortlisting of applications based on eligibility.
- Conduct of an interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Training for selected candidates as Para Legal Volunteers.

All (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and other eligible categories as per DLSA/Taluka discretion)

- Self-attested copy of 10th marksheet/certificate (proof of date of birth).
- Self-attested copy of educational qualification certificates.
- Latest original character certificate (not older than 6 months) issued by a respectable person.
- Self-attested passport-size photograph pasted on the application form (no stapling).
- Verified copy of Bonafide Resident Certificate.
- Document supporting local residency (Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Voter ID, or equivalent).
- Self-declaration affidavit stating no criminal case is pending against the applicant.
