- Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS): Bachelor’s Degree OR recognized Sanitary Inspector/Tuberculosis Health Visitor course + Govt-recognized degree/diploma in Social Work/Medical Social Work + basic training for Multi-purpose Health Workers + 2-month computer operations certificate + permanent two-wheeler driving license.
- Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS): Graduate + Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology + permanent two-wheeler driving license + 2-month computer operations certificate + 1 year experience in RNTCP.
- Counsellor (ICTC): Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development OR Diploma in Nursing with 3+ years of HIV/AIDS experience.
- Lab Technician (ICTC): Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a state government-approved institution.
- Refrigeration Mechanic: ITI Certificate in Refrigeration Mechanic & Air-Conditioning + 1 year experience.
- Security Guard: 8th Standard Pass with ability to read/write.
- Data Entry Operator: Graduate in any degree + 1-year diploma in Computer Application + typing speed of 40 WPM in English.
- Mid-Level Health Provider: Diploma in GNM/B.Sc (Nursing) from Government/approved private colleges OR Certified Course in Community Health Care under TN Dr MGR Medical University + COVID-19 experience certificate.
- Health Inspector (MTM): Plus Two with Biology/Botany & Zoology + Tamil as a subject in S.S.L.C. + 2 years of Multipurpose Health Worker/Sanitary Inspector training.
- Hospital Worker / Support Staff (UHWC): Minimum 8th Standard Pass with ability to read/write.
- Multi-Purpose Hospital Worker: 8th Standard Pass with ability to read/write Tamil.
- Radiographer: B.Sc. Radiography.
- Physiotherapist: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized university.
- MMU Driver: 10th Pass + LMV Batch.
- UPHC Pharmacist: Plus Two with Science + Diploma in Pharmacy/Bachelor of Pharmacy + registration with Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council.
- ECHO Technician: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Echocardiography/Echocardiography Technology/Cardiac Care Technology.
