- Medical Officer: MBBS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India and registered with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council.
- Quality Manager: Master in Hospital Administration / Health Management / Master of Public Health (regular course only).
- MLHP (Nurse) / Staff Nurse (NCD & RCH): D.G.N.M. or B.Sc. Nursing with integrated curriculum, registered under the Tamil Nadu Nursing Council.
- Pharmacist: D.Pharm. from a Tamil Nadu Government-recognized university.
- Health Inspector (HI Grade-II): Passed +2 with Biology/Botany and Zoology; passed Tamil as a subject in SSLC; two-year MPHW/Sanitary Inspector course certificate.
- MMU Driver: 8th standard pass with heavy vehicle license and 2 years' experience in a recognized firm.
- Blood Bank Counsellor / ICTC Counsellor: Graduate in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or Human Development, or Diploma in Nursing, with 3 years' experience in an HIV/AIDS project (1 year for candidates from affected communities).
