- Laboratory Technician / TB Lab Technician: Passed +2 with minimum Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a Tamil Nadu Government-approved institution.
- Physiotherapist: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from any recognized university.
- Radiographer: B.Sc. Radiography.
- Audiologist: Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (B.A.S.L.P.).
- Urban Health Nurse (UHN): Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM).
- TB Health Visitor: Degree or +2 with TB Health Visitor recognized course; DMLT preferred.
- AYUSH Medical Officer (Homeo): B.H.M.S. (Homeopathy) from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.
- Dispenser (Siddha - Pharmacist): Integrated Pharmacy qualification.
- Therapeutic Assistant (NAMMSD / NRHM Yoga): Diploma in Nursing Therapy (DNT), 2-year course approved by the Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy.
- Hospital Worker, Security and Sanitary Worker: 8th pass; must be able to read and write Tamil.
