Various Medical and Paramedical Staff Recruitment 2026

Recruitment drive for multiple medical and paramedical positions under the National Health Mission (NHM), Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK), Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme (RNTCP), and other health schemes in Godda district, Jharkhand.
Positions include Staff Nurses, Pharmacists, Lab Technicians, ANMs, Ophthalmic Assistants, and support staff for public health initiatives.
Opportunities for candidates with intermediate, diploma, graduate, and postgraduate qualifications in nursing, pharmacy, medical laboratory technology, and allied health sciences.
Selected candidates will be deployed in government hospitals, health centers, and community health programs across Godda district.
Competitive salary packages ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 49,500 per month based on the post and qualifications.
Preference given to candidates with prior experience in public health programs, RNTCP, or similar health initiatives.

Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent qualification for most posts, with specific diploma or degree requirements for specialized roles.
For Staff Nurse (SNCU): Intermediate with 3 years of General Nursing and Midwifery training from a government-recognized institution and registration under Jharkhand Nursing Council.
For Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute and registration under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council.
For Lab Technician: Intermediate with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a government-recognized institute and registration under Jharkhand Paramedical Council.
For ANM: Intermediate with ANM course from a government-recognized institution and registration under Jharkhand Nursing Council.
For Ophthalmic Assistant: Two-year Diploma in Optometry or equivalent training from a government-recognized hospital.
For Block Data Manager: Graduate with at least 1 year diploma in Computer Application or equivalent qualification.
For Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor: Graduate with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology and valid two-wheeler driving license.
For Radiographer: Intermediate with Diploma in X-Ray Technology/Radiology and 2 years of experience in medical labs.
For Epidemiologist: Medical Graduate with postgraduate degree/diploma in Preventive & Social Medicine/Public Health/Epidemiology or 2 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields for most posts, except for entry-level positions like Hospital Attendants.
Computer proficiency (MS Office and Internet) is mandatory for most technical and administrative roles.
Registration with respective councils (Nursing, Pharmacy, Paramedical) is required where applicable.
Age limit: Minimum 18 years for all posts. Maximum age varies by post (e.g., 35 years for Staff Nurse, 40 years for Pharmacist, 45 years for Epidemiologist).
Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) as per government norms.

Selection will be based on a merit list prepared from the following components:
- 10th Board Marks: 10 marks (pro-rated for percentage secured).
- 12th Board Marks: 15 marks (pro-rated for percentage secured).
- Essential Qualification: 25 marks (pro-rated for percentage secured in relevant diploma/degree).
- Relevant Higher Qualification: 10 marks (if applicable, pro-rated for percentage secured).
- Written Examination/Skill Test: 40 marks (minimum qualifying marks: 40%).
Written examination will be conducted for all posts, followed by a skill test for technical roles where applicable.
Merit list will be prepared based on the total marks obtained in the above components.
Candidates will be shortlisted for document verification based on merit list rankings.
Final selection will be subject to document verification and medical fitness.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in RNTCP, public health programs, or similar initiatives.
