- Recruitment drive by District Collector Office, Latur, for 640 Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra Operator positions across Latur district.
- Vacancies distributed across Gram Panchayat areas (599), Nagar Parishad/Nagar Panchayat areas (10), and Latur City Municipal Corporation wards (31).
- Selected operators will manage citizen service centers providing government services to local residents.
- Applicants must establish an independent office of at least 100 sq. ft. with required infrastructure (computers, printer, scanner, biometric device, internet, CCTV, etc.).
- Operators must adhere to government-fixed timings, rate cards, and service standards.
- One applicant per family (spouse and unmarried children) can hold a Kendra; duplicate applications will be rejected.

- Minimum age: 18 years (no upper age limit specified).
- Educational qualification: Passed Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th / H.S.C.) examination.
- Basic computer knowledge required; preference given to candidates with MSCIT or CCC certificate.
- Must be a local resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat / Nagar Parishad / Nagar Panchayat / Municipal Corporation ward area.
- Must possess Aadhaar card, PAN card, a bank account, and other necessary documents.
- Must not have a criminal background; police verification will be conducted.
- Must be financially capable of investing in and running the business for at least 6–12 months.

- Selection based on a 100-mark evaluation criteria decided by the District-level Setu Committee headed by the District Collector.
- Evaluation covers: educational qualification (10 marks), computer & digital literacy (15 marks), infrastructure facility (15 marks), financial capacity (10 marks), customer service & communication skills (20 marks), experience (10 marks), business plan & sustainability (5 marks), social inclusiveness (5 marks), and character verification (10 marks).
- Stages include: preliminary scrutiny of documents, physical inspection of office premises, interview, and final merit list publication.
- Objections invited at multiple stages; final selection list published after resolving objections.

- Proof of minimum age 18 years (TC copy / school leaving certificate / exam certificate).

- Self-attested bank account statement for the last 6 months.
- Character certificate from the concerned police station (current month).
- GPS-camera photographs of the proposed Kendra location (interior and exterior).
- CSC certificate (if already held).
- Proof of differently-abled / ex-servicemen / self-help group / local entrepreneur status (if applicable).
- Ownership/rental documents for the office premises (house tax receipt, rent agreement, etc.).
- Receipt of Rs. 500/- application fee paid online.
