- Must be registered with the Employment Exchange of Assam (Registration number and date must be mentioned in the application).
- Government employees must apply through proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
- Age must be between 18 and 45 years as on 01-01-2026.
- Must not have entered into a second marriage while the first spouse is alive.
- Must submit a Declaration in Form-'A' under Rule 5(1) of the Assam Public Services (Application of Small Family Norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019.
