- Higher Secondary (12th) with minimum 50% marks + 4-year B.El.Ed./B.A.B.Ed./B.Sc.B.Ed.
- Graduation with minimum 50% marks + 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).
- Must have qualified Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) as prescribed by NCTE.
