- Minimum 15 years of experience with M.Sc. (Nursing), including 12 years of teaching experience (minimum 5 years in Collegiate Programme) and 3 years in administrative roles in Nursing at State/Union Territories/Central Government level.
- Desirable: M.Phil/Ph.D. in Nursing.
- For Professor-cum-Vice-Principal: Master's Degree in Nursing from a recognized University and registration as a Nurse and Midwife with State Nursing Council.
