Assistant Manager (Trainee) - Electrical, Non-Electrical & Civil Posts

- Delhi Transco Limited (DTL) is a wholly owned Government of NCT of Delhi undertaking, incorporated on 1st July 2002, serving as the State Transmission Utility (STU) for Delhi.
- DTL manages the Extra High Voltage (EHV) intra-State transmission network, including 4 substations at 400 kV and 43 substations at 220 kV levels.
- The company has implemented an Islanding Scheme to ensure uninterrupted power supply during national grid failures and recorded a peak demand of 8,748 MW (as of 29th June 2026).
- Selected candidates will undergo a 1-year training program split into 3 months of academic training and 9 months of field training, followed by absorption as Assistant Manager in Pay Level-10.
- Candidates must execute a service agreement bond to serve the organization for at least 3 years post-training.

- Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized university.
- For Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (EC), Computer Science & Engineering (CS), or Civil Engineering (CE) disciplines.
- Equivalent qualifications must be recognized by AICTE or the appropriate statutory authority.
- For Civil Engineering posts, 2 years of experience in design and construction of reinforced concrete structures is desirable.
- Only GATE 2026 scores (Normalized Marks out of 100) are valid for this recruitment; scores from 2025 or prior are not accepted.
- Upper age limit: 28 years as of the last date of application submission.
- Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD, and as per GNCTD/GoI orders for ex-servicemen and departmental candidates.

- Selection will be based solely on GATE 2026 scores in the respective disciplines.
- Separate merit lists will be prepared for Assistant Manager (Trainee) - Electrical, Non-Electrical, and Civil posts.
- Final selection will be made from the merit list derived from GATE 2026 scores (Normalized Marks out of 100).
- Inter-se seniority for Assistant Manager (Trainee) - Electrical and Non-Electrical will follow a 9:1 ratio.
- Candidates must score a minimum of 65% marks in the final assessment to be absorbed as Assistant Manager post-training.
