- Recruitment drive by Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) under the Department of Environment, Government of NCT of Delhi.
- Total of 17 tentative vacancies for Group 'A' posts: Senior Environmental Engineer (4 posts), Environmental Engineer (2 posts), and Assistant Environmental Engineer (11 posts).
- Posts are regular (permanent) positions.

- Senior Environmental Engineer (SEE): Master's degree in Engineering (Civil/Environmental/Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/ECE/Biomedical/Water Resources/Remote Sensing/GIS/Hydrology or equivalent) from a recognized university with 10 years' post-qualification experience in pollution control or related fields.
- Environmental Engineer (EE): Bachelor's degree in Engineering (same fields as above) with 8 years' post-qualification experience in pollution control or related fields; OR Master's degree in Engineering with 6 years' post-qualification experience in pollution control or related fields.
- Assistant Environmental Engineer (AEE): Bachelor's degree in Engineering (same fields as above) with 2 years' post-qualification experience in pollution control or related fields; OR Master's degree in Engineering in the same fields.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens.
- For AEE posts: Exclusively reserved for OBC (NCL) Delhi and Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) candidates.
- OBC (Delhi) candidates must possess a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued by the Revenue Department of GNCT of Delhi.
- Benchmark disability categories eligible: Deaf & Hard of Hearing (CAT a), Locomotor Disability (OL, BL, OA) including Leprosy Cured, Dwarfism, Acid Attack Victims, and Muscular Dystrophy (CAT b).

- Selection is based on a 100-mark weightage system followed by an interview.
- Weightage criteria:
- Percentage of marks in minimum qualification (10 marks): 0.25 marks per unit % over 60% (e.g., 62.4% = 0.6 marks).
- Higher/additional qualifications (10 marks): Ph.D. = 10 marks; Master's Degree (if not minimum eligibility) = 5 marks.
- Relevant experience in environment/pollution control (25 marks): Varies by post and experience category (A/B/C/D).
- Candidates selected in UPSC technical/engineering exams (e.g., ESE) at Level 10 or above (20 marks).
- Valid GATE score (20 marks): AIR < 250 = 20 marks; AIR < 500 = 16 marks; AIR < 750 = 12 marks; AIR < 1000 = 8 marks; AIR < 1250 = 4 marks.
- Interview (15 marks).
- Experience categories (A-D) are defined by pay level, IDA scale, or minimum CTC in government/PSU/registered companies.
- Time taken for academic qualifications, training, internships, teaching, fellowships, or Ph.D. research is not counted as experience.

- Non-Creamy Layer certificate (for OBC Delhi candidates).
- Proof of identity (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Driving License).
- Recent passport-size photograph affixed on the application form.
- Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate application forms and documents for each post.
