- Must be conversant with functioning in a computerized environment.
- Must be free from Departmental & Vigilance (D&AR) and Vigilance angle issues.
- Candidates currently employed in Indian Railways must opt for retirement (VRS or otherwise) before joining DMRC.
- Minimum 5 years of service at the supervisory level in Indian Railways is required.
- Must have worked in or retired from the CDA pay scale in the supervisory grade (as per 7th CPC).
