- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in the relevant subject of Agriculture faculty with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade of 6.50 on a 10.00 scale) and a good academic record.
- NET Requirement: Candidates must have qualified in the National Eligibility Test (NET) for the respective discipline.
- Ph.D. Exemption: NET requirement can be waived for candidates holding a Ph.D. degree with coursework as per UGC Regulations 2009, provided they have at least two full-length publications with a NAAS rating of not less than 4 on the last date of application submission.
