Consultant (Civil) Empanelment 2026

- Technical Experience: Demonstrated experience in project planning, preparation/review of DPRs, cost estimates, BOQ, technical specifications, supervision of construction, and site inspections.
- Senior-Level Experience: Must have held senior engineering/managerial positions (e.g., Superintending Engineer, Executive Engineer, General Manager (Civil) in PSU) and undertaken works/consultancy of at least 5 projects valued at Rs. 10 Crore or above, preferably for government departments/PSUs.
- Age Limit: Maximum age of 64 years as of 30 October 2026.
- Medical Fitness: Must be medically fit and capable of undertaking field visits and technical inspections.
- Government/PSU Retirees: Must have retired from government service or PSU with a clean and satisfactory service record. No pending vigilance, disciplinary, or criminal cases/investigations.
- No Blacklisting: The individual or firm must not be blacklisted by any government department/entity.

- Shortlisting: Based on the candidate’s experience profile and qualifications.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
