- Project Assistant-II (PAT-II) and Senior PAT (HPMSG Group):
- For PAT-II: M.Tech/M.E in Electronics/Communication/Microwave or B.Tech/B.E in the same fields with 2 years of R&D experience OR M.Sc in Physics/Electronics/Optoelectronics/Microwave with 2 years of R&D experience.
- For Senior PAT: M.Tech/M.E in Electronics/Communication/Microwave or B.Tech/B.E in the same fields with 2 years of R&D experience OR M.Sc in Physics/Electronics/Optoelectronics/Microwave with 3 years of R&D experience.
- Project Assistant-II (CSIR Integrated Skill Initiative Phase-III):
- B.Sc/3-year diploma in ECE/EE/Physics/Electronics/Material Science or equivalent.
- Desirable: Working knowledge of embedded systems, PCB design, Arduino programming, and circuit design.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Project Associate-I/II (IIRG Group):
