Production & Commissioning Engineers and Assistants (Ex-Servicemen Recruitment)

- Recruitment for ex-Indian Navy and ex-Indian Coast Guard personnel only.
- Positions include Production & Commissioning Engineers (Mechanical & Electrical) and Assistants (Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics/Instrumentation & Controls) on a contract basis.
- Work involves frequent site visits, climbing ladders, confined spaces, and work at height.
- Contract tenure: Maximum 5 years, subject to project requirements and individual performance.
- Monthly consolidated pay: ₹69,300 for Engineers and ₹66,800 for Assistants during the first year, with annual increments.

- Educational Qualification:
- Engineers: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Assistants: X Std. (10th pass).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in operation and maintenance of marine equipment/systems (specific to discipline).
- Age Limit: Upper age limit is 58 years as on 04 September 2026 (born on or after 05 September 1968).
- Candidates must submit Discharge Certificate/Book/Pension Payment Order from Indian Navy or Coast Guard.
- Experience certificates from relevant authorities must be produced during verification.
- Ex-servicemen with Diploma endorsed in Discharge Certificate must have relevant work experience in the discipline.
- Candidates currently employed in Government/Public Sector Organizations must provide relieving order/certificate if selected.

- Selection is based on a 100-mark process conducted at CSL, Kochi.
- Shortlisting is based on eligibility criteria verified through uploaded certificates.
- Rank list is prepared based on marks secured in the selection process; seniority in age is considered in case of ties.
- Original certificates must be produced during verification; failure to do so will result in rejection.
- Medical fitness certification is required before joining.
- No TA/DA is provided for attending the selection process.

- Recent passport-size color photograph.

- Application fee: ₹300 (non-refundable) for General/OBC candidates.
- SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
