- Marine Engineer: MOT 1st Class Motor Certificate or Marine Engineer Officer Class I Certificate under Merchant Shipping Act, 1958. One year post-qualification experience as Chief Engineer/2nd Engineer on a foreign-going ship.
- Dy. Director (Research): Degree in Economics/Statistics/Mathematics from a recognized university/institution. Five years of executive experience in planning or data collection, compilation, interpretation, or field surveys.
