Executive Engineer (Civil) Recruitment 2026

- Chennai Port Authority has announced 7 vacancies for the post of Executive Engineer (Civil) on a deputation basis for the year 2026.

- Print the submitted application and attach necessary documents.
- Forward the application through the proper channel to reach Secretary, Chennai Port Authority, Rajaji Salai, Chennai by 22 November 2026.
- Selection will be based on absorption/deputation after forwarding through the proper channel.

- Photocopy of ACRs/APARs for the last 5 years (duly attested by an officer not below Deputy Head of Department).
- Willingness certificate for joining the post if selected.
- No Objection Certificate from the respective Port Authority.
- Vigilance/Administrative Clearance of the Officer.
- Veracity certificate of university certificates and recognition of degree.
- Details of disciplinary cases/penalties imposed in the last 10 years (if any).
- Complete service details of the applicant with posts held till date (Annexure-4).
