• PhD in Engineering from an institute or university ranked within the top 25 in the NIRF Engineering category.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience after the award of the PhD degree in Research/Scientific/Technical services.

• Work experience in the energy sector, including coal, petroleum, or renewable energy.
• Experience in independently overseeing the installation and maintenance of equipment.
