- Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in software development/IT project delivery, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager/Programme Manager/Delivery Manager leading end-to-end software projects for teams of 25+ members.
- Desirable: Experience in ERP system implementation or large e-Governance projects for Government Departments, PSUs, or statutory bodies.
- Desirable: Professional certifications in project management (PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2) and/or Agile (CSM/SAFe/PMI-ACP).
- Desirable: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Git-based workflows).
- Desirable: Working knowledge of financial, revenue, asset, or inventory management processes in public institutions.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Malayalam (reading, writing, and speaking).
