- Essential: Ph.D./M.Phil./NET/Postgraduate in any Social Science discipline with minimum 55% marks.
- Required skills: Proficiency in Data Science, GIS, SPSS, or R.
- For Field Investigator (02 posts):
- Essential: Graduate in a Social Science discipline with minimum 55% marks.
- Required: Proficiency in English and Odia (reading, writing, speaking, translation, and computer skills).
- Must be willing to travel for fieldwork, including rural/interior areas.
- Preference given to candidates with a 4-year graduation program.
