- Engineer (Production): Full-time Engineering Degree in Chemical/Cement Technology/Cement Engineering/Ceramic Engineering/Materials Science & Engineering/Mineral Process Engineering/Process Engineering/Industrial Chemistry Engineering/Petrochemical Engineering; OR M.Sc. in Chemistry (General/Applied/Industrial)/Materials Science/Cement Technology; OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Cement Technology/Process Engineering; OR AMIE (enrolment up to 31.05.2013). M.Sc. candidates need 1 additional year, and Diploma candidates need 3 additional years of experience beyond the minimum 2-year criterion.
- Engineer (Mechanical): Full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Industrial & Production/Mechatronics/Automobile/Manufacturing/Power Plant/Mining Machinery/Materials & Metallurgical/Robotics & Automation/Industrial/Thermal/Power/Production Engineering; OR Diploma in the same streams; OR AMIE (enrolment up to 31.05.2013). Diploma candidates need 3 additional years of experience.
- Engineer (Mining): Full-time Engineering Degree in Mining/Opencast Mining/Mineral Engineering/Geological Technology (mining/geology specialisation)/Earth Resources Engineering/Mine Planning & Design Engineering; OR AMIE (enrolment up to 31.05.2013). Mandatory First Class or Second Class Manager's Certificate of Competency as per MMR-1961.
- Engineer (Electrical): Full-time Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation/Instrumentation/Power/Control & Automation/Mechatronics/Electronics & Communication/Industrial Electronics/Applied Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Electronics Engineering; OR Diploma in the same streams; OR AMIE (enrolment up to 31.05.2013). Diploma candidates need 3 additional years of experience.
- Officer (Material Management): Full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Production/Manufacturing Engineering; OR Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management/Logistics & Procurement/Operations Management/Industrial Management/Inventory & Warehouse Management; OR MBA/PGDM in Materials Management/Supply Chain/Operations.
- Officer (Marketing): Engineering Degree in any stream; OR MBA/PGDM or equivalent in Marketing/Sales/Material Management/Supply Chain/Operations Management (1 year post-qualification experience); OR Diploma in Engineering/Management/Marketing or BBA in Marketing (2 years post-qualification experience).
- Officer (Legal): Full-time Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in Law from a Bar Council of India-recognised institution with experience as Advocate/Legal Consultant/Legal Assistant/Associate or Law Officer in a bank/PSU/statutory corporation/company/Government department. Advocates must submit Bar Council enrolment certificate and practice period certificate.
- Analyst (Finance & Accounts): CA Inter/ICWA Inter/Full-time 2-year MBA (Finance) with experience in Finance & Accounts in manufacturing industry/PSU. Cement industry experience is an added advantage.

- Shortlisting based on application form declaration; additional criteria include relevant experience, current CTC, and higher qualifications if large number of applications are received.
- Written Test or Group Discussion may be conducted before the Interview if required.
- Interview followed by Medical Examination (reports signed by Chief Medical Officer of a Government Hospital).
- Document verification for shortlisted candidates after medical fitness clearance.

- Matriculation certificate (date of birth proof).
- All certificates and mark sheets from 10th, 12th, Graduation, and above.
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) in prescribed Central Government format.

- Experience Certificate(s) from employer (date of joining and relieving).
- Latest salary slip (for Government/PSU candidates) or CTC Certificate (for private-sector candidates).
- Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
- Demand Draft for application fee (UR/OBC/EWS candidates).

- ₹100 (non-refundable) via Demand Draft in favour of 'Cement Corporation of India Limited', payable at New Delhi for UR/OBC/EWS candidates.
- SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates are exempted from application fee.
