- M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Microelectronics, Nanoelectronics, or VLSI Design with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized university/institute.
- OR M.Sc. in Electronics, Computer Science, or Physics with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized university/institute.
