- Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University or equivalent foreign degree.
- Candidates with a Ph.D. degree are exempt from the NET/SLET/SET requirement as per UGC regulations.
- Candidates cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR or similar UGC-accredited tests are desirable.
- Relaxation of 5% marks is provided for SC/ST/Differently abled candidates at graduate and master’s degree levels.
- Original certificates must be produced at the time of interview.
