Project Engineer (Fixed Tenure Basis) for Defence and Aerospace Business Group

- Recruitment for Project Engineers on a fixed tenure basis for a period of 2 years.
- Posting location: Defence and Aerospace Business Group (DABG), Electronics Division, Bengaluru, or any other location in India as per requirement.
- Role involves supervision of erection, testing, and commissioning of control systems for defence and aerospace applications.

- Full-time Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Computer Science with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).
- Minimum 12 months of post-qualification relevant work experience in erection, testing, and commissioning of control systems.
- Basic knowledge of control systems, communication protocols, and electrical schematics.
- Ability to handle test instruments like calibrators, multimeters, and work in staggered shifts.
- Good communication skills and ability to handle customers independently.
- Willingness to work on naval ships and handle naval inspectors/classification societies.

- Selection will be based on the ratio of eligible applicants to vacancies.
- If the ratio is up to 1:10, all eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview.
- If the ratio exceeds 1:10, candidates will be shortlisted based on aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying degree examination.
- Final selection will be based on interview performance.
