BHEL FTA Supervisor (Gr III) - Safety Recruitment 2026

- BHEL is recruiting 10 temporary FTA Supervisor (Gr III) - Safety positions under the Transmission Business Group (TBG), Noida.
- Engagement is on a Fixed Tenure Appointment (FTA) basis for an initial period of 2 years or till completion of the assignment, whichever is earlier.
- Selected candidates will be posted at TBG project sites across India.
- Consolidated remuneration: ₹45,000/month in the 1st year and ₹48,000/month in the 2nd year.
- Additional benefits include mediclaim policy (up to ₹5 lakh), group personal accident insurance, bachelor accommodation at site, and paid leave (1 day per 20 days worked, up to 30 days).

- Full-time Diploma in any branch of Engineering/Technology from a recognized Indian University/Board.
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks for UR/EWS/OBC/PwD/ST candidates; 50% for SC candidates.
- A 1-year diploma in Industrial Safety (preferably from RLI/CLI) is desirable.
- 2 years of post-diploma experience in HSE/Safety at construction sites (exclusive of trainee/apprenticeship periods).
- Experience in switchyard, power plant, or refinery is preferred.
- Experience in supervisory roles for construction work (5 years total, including 2 years at construction sites) is preferred.
- Must possess basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

- Age relaxation certificate for J&K domicile candidates (if applicable).
- Copy of fee payment receipt (UTR/Transaction ID) for UR/ST/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates.

- ₹236/- (non-refundable) for UR, ST, EWS, and OBC (NCL) candidates.
- SC, PwD, and Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from the application fee.
