Fixed Tenure Deputy Engineer (E-II Grade) for RADAR SBU, Ghaziabad Unit

- Recruitment for the RADAR Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of BEL's Ghaziabad Unit on a fixed tenure basis for 5 years.
- Selected candidates will initially undergo training at the Ghaziabad unit before potential deployment to Agalega, Mauritius (a remote island located 1000 km from Mauritius' main island).
- Additional benefits for candidates posted to Agalega include Foreign Allowance and Hardship Allowance.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in India or abroad based on project requirements.

- Must possess a BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering/AMIE degree in one of the following disciplines: Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Communication, or Telecommunication.
- Degree must be from an AICTE/UGC-approved college/institute or recognized university.
- Candidates must have obtained a First Class for General/OBC(NCL) categories (as per degree certificate).
- Degree certificate (Provisional/Final) must be attached as proof of completion and class/percentage of marks.
- For candidates with CGPA/DGPA/OGPA or grade-based evaluation, a percentage/class conversion certificate from the university/institute is mandatory.
- Candidates must possess a valid Indian Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months at the time of joining.

- Selection will be based on a Written Test (85 marks) followed by an Interview (15 marks) for shortlisted candidates (ratio 1:5).
- Written Test and Interview will be conducted only in Delhi (NCR).
- Minimum qualifying percentage: 35% for General/OBC(NCL) and 30% for PwBD candidates.
- Age relaxation is subject to vacancy availability in the respective category.

- SSLC/SSC/ISC marks card or any other valid document as proof of date of birth.
- PUC/12th class/Diploma marks sheet.
- Mark sheets of all semesters/years and final/provisional degree certificate.
- Proof of percentage/class conversion (if applicable) for CGPA/DGPA/OGPA systems.
- Caste/Disability Certificate (if applicable) in the prescribed format from BEL's website.
- OBC(NCL) candidates must submit a certificate issued on or after 01.07.2025.
- PwBD candidates must submit a disability certificate in the prescribed format.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer (if employed in PSUs/Government/Quasi-Government organizations).
- Offer of Appointment, Joining Letter, and first/latest payslip (for candidates employed on a temporary basis in Government/PSUs).
- Valid Indian Passport with minimum 6 months validity at the time of joining.

- Application fee: Rs. 400 + 18% GST = Rs. 472 for General/OBC candidates.
- SC/ST/ESM/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
- Fee must be remitted through SBI Collect (online mode) and the SBI Collect reference number must be entered in the application form.
- Fee once paid is non-refundable.
