Project Engineer (PE) Recruitment 2026

- Temporary project-based recruitment for 14 Project Engineer (PE) positions under Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Panchkula.
- Positions are available for projects located in Rajasthan (Jodhpur, Jaisalmer) and Gujarat (Jamnagar, Bhuj, Naliya).
- Consolidated remuneration ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month, increasing annually.
- Additional benefits include area allowance, insurance premium, attire allowance, and retention bonus after 4 years.
- Selection is conducted through a walk-in process for pre-registered candidates.

- Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering degree (4-year course) in Electronics or Computer Science-related disciplines from an AICTE-approved institute or recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience as of 01.07.2026.
- Preferred experience in IT Infrastructure Projects, IP Networking, Data Centre Projects, CCTV Projects, Sensor-based IoT Projects, or IP-enabled electronic/software product installation and maintenance.
- Teaching experience is not considered relevant.
- Upper age limit is 32 years as of 01.07.2026 (relaxation applicable for reserved categories).

- Selection is conducted through a walk-in process for pre-registered candidates only.
- Selection includes a written test followed by an interview.
- Candidates are shortlisted for the interview based on written test scores in a 1:5 ratio per category.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 35% for General/OBC-NCL and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD in both written test and interview.
- Assessment weightage: 85% for written test and 15% for interview.
- No traveling expenses will be reimbursed for attending the walk-in selection.

- Self-attested copy of SSLC/Matriculation Certificate (proof of age).
- Self-attested copy of PUC/12th Class/Diploma Marks Card.
- Self-attested copies of Degree Marks Card(s) for all semesters/years passed.
- Self-attested copies of Provisional/Final Degree Certificate(s).
- CGPA-to-percentage conversion formula certificate (if applicable).
- Self-attested copy of Community/Caste Certificate (for OBC-NCL/SC/ST candidates).
- Self-attested copy of Disability Certificate (for PwBD candidates).
- Post-qualification experience certificate(s) from previous and current employers.
- No Objection Certificate (for candidates working in PSUs/Government/Quasi-Government organizations).
- SBI fee payment receipt (if applicable).
- Updated resume and any other relevant certificates.

- Application fee: Rs. 400 + 18% GST.
- Exempted categories: SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen.
- Payment must be made via SBI Collect (online or branch visit).
- No refunds for fees paid.
