- Mandatory qualification: Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Regional Labour Institute/Central Labour Institute or an institute recognized by the Department of Factories and Boilers, along with a First Class Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in supervision or management in a factory, specifically in production/maintenance/safety departments of a reputed organization.
- Strong knowledge of hazardous materials, safety legislation, and procedures is required.
- Desirable: Prior experience as a Safety Officer in a manufacturing industry or large organization, along with strong report-writing skills.
