- Program Officer: First-class degree in MBA, BE, BTech, MRTM (Master of Rural Technology and Management), Mathematics, or Physics (Postgraduate).
- Assistant Programmer: MCA (Computer Science/Information Technology), MSc degree, or BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering from a recognized university.
- Accountant: BCom with at least 55% marks, or passed Intermediate in ICWAI/CA, or post-graduation in BCom with 55% marks.
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years as of 1 January 2026. Upper age relaxation up to 45 years for local resident unemployed youth of Chhattisgarh.
- Gender Eligibility: Both (male and female).
