- For PGT posts: Master’s degree in the concerned subject with 50% marks and B.Ed. with 50% marks from an NCTE-recognized institution.
- For PGT (Computer Science): M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT)/MCA or M.E./M.Tech (Computer Science/IT) with 50% marks and B.Ed. with 50% marks from an NCTE-recognized institution.
- For TGT posts: Four-year integrated degree or Bachelor’s/Honors degree with 50% marks in the concerned subject, B.Ed. with 50% marks from an NCTE-recognized institution, and UP TET/CTET Paper-II qualification.
- Maximum age limit for all posts is 50 years as of the specified date.
