Andrew Yule & Company Limited (AYCL), a Government of India Enterprise, invites applications for the position of Senior Expert (Tea Marketing) in its Tea Division.
The role involves providing strategic guidance and advisory support to the Tea Marketing Department and tea gardens on tea marketing strategies, auction operations, sales planning, and market trends.
Responsibilities include advising on production planning, quality improvement, market expansion, buyer engagement, and business development to maximize price realization and market competitiveness.
The position is contractual for an initial period of 1 year, extendable based on performance and requirement, with a maximum age limit of 70 years (75 years in exceptional cases).
Selected candidate will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,44,000 per month along with applicable allowances as per company policy.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in Plantation Management, Engineering, Agriculture, Bio-Science, Science, Arts, or Commerce, preferably with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (2 years) in Marketing Management, Management, or Agricultural Science.
For Government/CPSE candidates: Retired from Central Government, State Government, CPSEs, SPSUs, or other Government organizations after holding a post equivalent to Executive Director (E-8)/Level-13 or above.
Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience in Tea Sales and Marketing.
For Private Sector candidates: Retired from a reputed tea company with at least 25 years of post-qualification experience in Tea Sales and Marketing.
Private Sector candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership position (e.g., General Manager, Vice President, Director, CEO) with overall responsibility for tea marketing, auction operations, sales strategy, buyer and broker management, business development, market expansion, and price realization.
Maximum age limit: 70 years as on the date of advertisement (75 years in exceptional cases with rare expertise and medical fitness).
