Consultant (Finance) - Tea Division

- Engagement for the position of Consultant (Finance) in the Tea Division of Andrew Yule & Company Limited (AYCL), a Government of India Enterprise.
- Role involves maintaining financial records, processing payments, reconciling bank statements, and handling purchase-related MIS for the Tea Division.
- Office timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential requirement to work beyond office hours without additional remuneration.
- Selected candidate must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and maintain confidentiality of company data.
- Candidate must comply with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

- Retired employees from Central/State Government, CPSEs, State PSUs, or other Government Organizations.
- Must hold equivalent Non-Unionised Supervisor (NUS) Level or supervisory cadre.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts functions.
- Any graduate with relevant experience is eligible.
- Maximum age limit: 64 years as on the date of advertisement (August 26, 2026).
- Must be medically fit and undergo a medical examination prior to engagement.

- Selection will be based on interview or any other method decided by the Management.
- Engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right for regular employment.
- Initial tenure: 1 year, extendable based on performance and requirement, up to 65 years of age.
- Engagement may be terminated at any time in case of unsatisfactory performance.
