Faculty Recruitment (Group-A) at AIIMS Jammu

- AIIMS Jammu, an Institute of National Importance, invites applications for 76 Faculty Group-A positions on a direct recruitment basis.
- Positions are available across 34 departments including Anaesthesiology, Biochemistry, Cardiology, Dermatology, General Medicine, Microbiology, and more.

- Experience: Varies by post (e.g., 3 years teaching/research experience after qualifying degree for Assistant Professor roles).
- DNB Equivalence: Candidates with DNB must provide documentary evidence of equivalence to MD/MS/DM/M.Ch as per NMC notification dated 14.02.2022.
- Age Limit: Maximum age of 50 years as of the last date of online application (13.11.2026).
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 5 years for PwBD, and 5 years for Government Servants (with certificate).
- Reservations: Vacancies are reserved for EWS (10%), OBC (27%), SC (15%), ST (7%), and PwBD (4%).
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: Mandatory for OBC candidates, issued between 01.04.2026 and 13.11.2026.
- EWS Certificate: Must be issued for the financial year 2025-2026 and valid for 2026-2027.
