- Must be registered with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.

- Candidates already working in Government/Autonomous Institutions must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
- Must pass the qualifying examination on or before 31.07.2026 and furnish proof by the same date.
