NMHS Survey Field Data Collector

- Conduct field data collection for the National Mental Health Survey in India 2 (NMHS-2) project.
- Monitor and supervise field activities, including progress tracking and liaison with local coordinators.
- Administer psychiatric survey instruments and ensure data backup on a daily basis.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports in specified formats and maintain records.
- Willingness to travel extensively to survey sites across West Bengal.
- Initial appointment is for 1 month, extendable based on performance and project duration.

- Essential: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, or related fields.
- Desirable: Experience in state-level projects/programs, ability to liaise with multiple organizations at state/national levels.
- Fluency in local language (Bengali) and multiple dialects.
- Prior experience in health-related field-based data collection.
- Preference given to candidates who have worked on NMHS-2 and are Bengali-speaking.

- Selection based on performance in a walk-in interview conducted at AIIMS Kalyani.
- Interview may include a skill test followed by a face-to-face interview on the same day.
- Candidates must appear with original documents and photocopies for verification.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
