- Desirable: PhD in a relevant field, experience in screening program data management, familiarity with diagnostic workflow documentation, proficiency in IT applications and MS Office, research publication experience, analytical and technical skills.
- **Junior Research Fellow**:
- Essential: Master's Degree in Public Health/Life Sciences/Clinical Research/Social Sciences/Epidemiology.
- Desirable: PhD in a relevant field, qualification in national eligibility exams (CSIR/UGC-NET JRF, GATE, etc.), experience in cancer screening or respiratory health programs, clinical assessment support, participant sample record maintenance, diagnostic sample workflow coordination, data entry and cleaning experience.
- **Project Assistant**:
- Essential: Master's Degree in Science/Social Sciences/Public Health.
- Desirable: Experience in clinical assessment support, participant sample record maintenance, IT applications and MS Office proficiency, data entry and cleaning experience.
