- Financial Advisor: Analogous post or 5 years of regular service in Organized Accounts Service (GP Rs.7600) or Deputy Secretary level with 3 years of finance/accounts experience.
- Superintending Engineer: Analogous post or Executive Engineer with 5 years in GP Rs.7600 or 10 years in GP Rs.6600.
- Nursing Superintendent: Analogous post or Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years of regular service in GP Rs.5400.
- Assistant Accounts Officer: Analogous post or Junior Accounts Officer with 5 years of regular service in GP Rs.4200.
