- MBBS, BDS, B.E./B.Tech., MBA, or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Device Engineering/Technology, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Healthcare Management, Technology Management, Innovation Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in medical device development, MedTech innovation, healthcare technology translation, biomedical engineering, digital health, AI-enabled healthcare technologies, startup incubation, or translational research.
- At least 3 years of experience in project leadership, program management, or institutional research.
- Demonstrated experience in research project management, scientific writing, publications, grant management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Experience in mentoring research teams and coordinating institutional or multicentric research projects.
