Manager (Programs), EP-CoE

- Lead the Core Incubation Team at Electropreneur Park, Bhubaneswar, focusing on program management and ecosystem development.
- Create and execute global/local partnerships with engineering colleges, angel investors, VCs, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HoC/CEO/COO to design, develop, and run incubation/acceleration programs, including vision, strategy, and business model formulation.
- Develop and implement strategies for scouting, evaluating, selecting, and onboarding innovative startups, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with incubated startups, providing strategic guidance in business modeling, sales, marketing, financing, fundraising, and operations.
- Organize demo days, seminars, training workshops, and mentoring sessions for startups to enhance their growth.
- Enhance Electropreneur Park's brand visibility by publishing startup success stories on digital platforms and designing research-based brand positioning strategies.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to communicate brand messages, measure campaign success, and optimize lead generation activities.
- Oversee digital marketing workflows, including intake, scoping, capacity planning, and performance metrics analysis to drive future marketing decisions.
- Build and nurture a strong community over digital and social media channels to foster engagement and collaboration among entrepreneurs.
- Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with field marketing and events stakeholders to align on strategy, tactics, goals, and performance.

- MBA or Graduate degree from a recognized and reputed Institute/University.
- 3 to 8 years of overall experience as a Business Manager with responsibilities in marketing, brand management, and community building in a corporate/association/incubator/accelerator/venture fund.
