Project Staff for ICMR-Funded Neonatal Research Project

Recruitment for temporary positions under an ICMR-funded multicentre research project titled 'Effect of physiological (post-placental delivery) versus one-minute based delayed cord clamping on neurodevelopmental status among infants ≥35 weeks born vaginally: An open label randomized controlled trial'.
Positions include Project Technical Support-III, Project Nurse-III (Recruitment), and Project Nurse-III (Follow-up) for a project led by Dr. Neeraj Gupta, Professor & Head, Department of Neonatology, AIIMS Jodhpur.
Project duration: 33 months for technical support staff, 12 months for recruitment nurses, and 30 months for follow-up nurse (initial recruitment for 6 months with possible extensions).
Roles involve clinical research coordination, participant screening, data management, follow-up assessments, and project record maintenance in neonatal and maternity care settings.
Work includes rotational duties, night shifts, and coordination with obstetric and neonatal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

Project Technical Support-III: Three-year graduate degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing), Allied Health Sciences, or Postgraduate degree in related disciplines with 3 years of post-qualification experience in clinical research, multicentric projects, neonatal/pediatric care, or public health research.
Project Nurse-III (Recruitment & Follow-up): Diploma in General Nursing or Midwifery with registration with State/Indian Nursing Council. Desirable: B.Sc. Nursing with experience in labour room, maternity ward, neonatal care, and clinical research projects.
Upper age limit: 35 years for all posts.
Experience must be acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualification.
All educational and technical qualifications must be from recognized institutions and full-time courses.
Government/Public Sector employees must produce a 'No Objection Certificate' at the time of interview.

Walk-in interview on the specified date (10th August 2026) at Model Early Intervention Centre (MEIC), Second Floor, OPD Building, AIIMS Jodhpur.
Reporting time: 9:00 AM; closing time: 10:00 AM (no late entries accepted).
Candidates must appear in person with original documents and self-attested photocopies for verification.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to conduct a screening/scrutiny test based on the number of applicants.
Selection is purely on a temporary basis co-terminus with the project; no claim for permanent employment or continuation in other projects.
