- Provision of medical assistance to students, faculty, staff, and contractual employees of IIM Jammu.
- Prescription of medicines, diagnosis, and treatment of health conditions as per medical protocols.
- Management of medical center operations, including procurement of medicines and equipment.
- Coordination with hospitals for referrals, annual health check-ups, and emergency medical services.
- Conducting health awareness sessions and ensuring campus hygiene standards.
- Issuance of medical certificates for incoming students and employees.
- Handling emergency medical situations and ensuring ambulance availability.

- MBBS degree with at least 60% marks from an Indian University/Institute.
