- For Medical candidates: MBBS/BVSc/BDS degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR MBBS/BVSc/BDS + PhD/MPH OR MBBS/BVSc/BDS + Postgraduate degree.
- For Non-Medical candidates: Postgraduate degree (including integrated PG) in Public Health, Health Economics, Health Technology Assessment, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines with 3 years of post-qualification experience OR PhD.
- Minimum two research publications as first or corresponding author in SCI-indexed or Scopus Q1 journals.
- Desirable: Doctorate (MD/PhD) in relevant subjects for Medical candidates; Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, R, Python, and HTA-related platforms for both categories.
- Maximum age limit: 40 years as of the application deadline.
