Engagement of retired officers with expertise in horticulture and landscaping for project guidance and coordination.
Role involves providing technical guidance on horticulture and landscaping works for various projects.
Responsibilities include coordinating with government departments for approvals and NOCs.
Position is based in Delhi/NCR region.
Contract engagement for an initial period of six months.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be retired officers from Central/State Government departments, CPSEs, or autonomous organizations.
Maximum age limit: 65 years as on the closing date of application (04/08/2026).
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Botany, Agriculture, or Horticulture from a recognized university/institution.
OR Postgraduate qualification (MSc/Post-Graduation Diploma) in Environment and Ecology, Landscape Architecture, or Agriculture.
Must have retired from a regular post in Government/PSU at E-3 Level (IDA scale: Rs. 60,000-1,80,000) or Level 11 (CDA scale: Rs. 67,700-2,08,700) and above.
Minimum 30 years of post-qualification experience in Government/PSUs/Autonomous Organizations.
Experience in horticulture and landscaping works, including ornamental gardening, will be preferred.
Desirable: Experience working with Central/State Government, autonomous bodies, CPSEs, or State PSEs in horticulture and landscaping.
