- Coordinate and implement astronomy outreach programs under the SCOPE section at IIA.
- Design, organize, and document astronomy-related events and activities.
- Support outreach initiatives at IIAโ€™s field stations across India (Kavalur, Kodaikanal, Gauribidanur, Leh/Hanle).
- Assist in preparing institutional reports and managing logistics for SCOPE activities.
- Develop astronomy educational kits, digital interfaces, and interactive models for public engagement.
- Conduct science communication through video editing, graphics design, and public demonstrations.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and science organizations for outreach programs.

- Masterโ€™s or BS-MS degree in Physics/Mathematics, or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering/Technology with 60% aggregate marks.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scientific activities, research, development, outreach, or education in academic/ST organizations.
- Knowledge of basic astronomy concepts, telescope handling, and familiarity with the night sky.
- Proficiency in English communication and basic computer skills (graphic design software, Google services).
