Ability to design and execute independent research studies and provide interdisciplinary guidance.
Desirable: PhD in Biostatistics & Demography, experience in public policy, governance, or health systems, and strong writing/communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
Data Manager: Masterโ€™s degree (1st Class) in Public Health, Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on data analytics, or equivalent.
Minimum 5โ€“8 years of experience in progressive roles with expertise in SPSS, Python, and advanced Excel.
Desirable: 3โ€“5 years of exclusive experience in data analysis, research, or database administration.
