- For ITI-based trades: Must possess National Trade Certificate (NTC) or Provisional Certificate from NCVT/SCVT in the relevant trade.
- For Medical Laboratory Technicians (Pathology/Radiology): 12th pass (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with minimum 50% aggregate marks in both 10th and 12th.
- Candidates must upload required documents including Matriculation/12th mark sheets, ITI certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and disability certificates (if applicable).
- Only candidates with prescribed qualifications and valid certificates as of the notification date are eligible.

- Shortlisted candidates (1.5 times the notified vacancies) called for document verification.
- Document verification includes original testimonials and medical certificate submission.
- Candidates selected against higher preference units will have lower preferences automatically canceled.
- In case of equal marks, older candidates ranked higher; if same age, earlier matriculation pass candidates prioritized.
